  1. Besan
  2. oil
  3. Salt
  4. Ajwain
  5. Hing
  6. Red chilly powder

Instructions

  1. SIEVE 500 GMS BESAN WITH SALT TO TASTE
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP OIL
  3. ADD 1/4 TSP CAROM SEEDS, 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA & 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  4. KNEAD INTO A DOUGH, ADDING REQUIRED AMOUNT OF WATER
  5. MAKE BALLS OUT OF THE READY DOUGH
  6. ROLL INTO POORIS
  7. PRICK HOLES INTO THE POORIS
  8. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  9. REMOVE FROM HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  10. COOL AND STORE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER
