Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Flour - 100grams
  2. Cocoa Powder - 10 grams
  3. Sugar - 125grams
  4. Butter - 60grams
  5. Eggs - 150%(3 nos)
  6. Milk Powder - 8grams
  7. Baking Powder - 1grams
  8. Baking Soda - 1grams
  9. Salt Pinch
  10. Cake Gel - 6grams
  11. Vanilla Essence - 1teaspoon
  12. Refined Oil - 40grams
  13. Lemon Essence - Few Drops
  14. Caramel Syrup - As Required

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flour along with baking powder, milk powder, baking soda and cocoa powder.
  2. Beat eggs and sugar gradually, also add butter and mix continuously till sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Add cake gel and lemon essence and caramel syrup and salt while beating .
  4. Add flour as well as refined oil and fold roughly with the batter.
  5. Pour the batter into the desired greased, shaped moulds.
  6. Bake at 160 degree Celsius temperature for 30 to 40 minutes.
