Ingredients Serving: 3

Flour - 100grams
Cocoa Powder - 10 grams
Sugar - 125grams
Butter - 60grams
Eggs - 150%(3 nos)
Milk Powder - 8grams
Baking Powder - 1grams
Baking Soda - 1grams
Salt Pinch
Cake Gel - 6grams
Vanilla Essence - 1teaspoon
Refined Oil - 40grams
Lemon Essence - Few Drops
Caramel Syrup - As Required

Instructions

Sieve the flour along with baking powder, milk powder, baking soda and cocoa powder.
Beat eggs and sugar gradually, also add butter and mix continuously till sugar dissolves completely.
Add cake gel and lemon essence and caramel syrup and salt while beating .
Add flour as well as refined oil and fold roughly with the batter.
Pour the batter into the desired greased, shaped moulds.
Bake at 160 degree Celsius temperature for 30 to 40 minutes.
