Ingredients to make biscuit cake

  • 150 graham cookies/ digestive biscuits roughly crushed
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Cup water
  • 2 tsp oil for greasing

How to make biscuit cake

  1. Crush crackers roughly into a bowl.
  2. Heat water in a pan, add cocoa powder and sugar and cook till the quantity reduces to half.
  3. Let the mixture cool and then add it to the crackers.
  4. Grease a pan and pour the mixture, freeze it overnight.
  5. The oil will allow it to slide out easily, slice and serve.
