Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Butter 50 grams
  2. Sugar powder 30 to 40 grams
  3. All purpose flour 100 grams
  4. Milk powder 100 grams
  5. Compound chocolate 100 grams

Instructions

  1. Take a clean bowl, add soften butter.
  2. Add sugar powder.
  3. Mix well until the mixture is fluffy and creamy.
  4. Add few drops of vanilla essence.
  5. Add flour and milk powder and mix again.
  6. Mix well until the dough starts to from into soft ball.
  7. Cover the dough in a cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  8. After 30 minutes ,roll the dough into a rectangle shape.
  9. Cut the edges into perfect rectangle shape.
  10. Cut the dough into teabag shapes and make hole on top to tie a thread.
  11. Arrange the cookies on a greasing tray.
  12. Preheat the microwave oven (convection mode) to 180 degree centigrade.
  13. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  14. Let it cool on a wire rack.
  15. Chop milk compound into pieces.
  16. Using double boiler, melt chocolates.
  17. Mix well until smooth,shiny,lump free chocolate mixture.
  18. Dip the cookies in the chocolate mixture.
  19. Kept on parchment paper.
  20. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. After five minutes put a tag on the cookies.
  21. Tea bag cookies are ready to serve with milk or tea.
