Ingredients to make Squash flower fritters

  • Squash flowers - 10
  • 2 tbsp Besan (bengal gram flour)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 4 tbsp water
  • Oil to fry

How to make Squash flower fritters

  1. Clean the squash flowers. Remove the stalk and the stigma. Keep aside.
