ABOUT Vanila cake with fondant RECIPE

This is a pretty cake which i made with fondant.i prepare vanila cake and cover it with lovely fondant.and quilling over it.i am very happy with my cake. Hope that you all will also love this cake.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Flour 1 cup
  2. Castor Sugar 1 cup
  3. Butter 1 cup
  4. Eggs 2
  5. Baking powder 1 tablespoon
  6. Vanila essence 1 teaspoon
  7. Fondant

Instructions

  1. Beat butter and sugar till creamy and fluffy
  2. Sieve flour and baking powder
  3. Add eggs in butter mix one by one
  4. Then add flour mix and mix with cut and fold method and Add vanilla essence
  5. Preheat ovan and grease cake mould and Dust with flour
  6. Pour batter in mould and tap
  7. Bake cake at 180 degree centigrade for 25 minutes
  8. Our cake is ready let it cool
  9. Take sugar syrup and brush on the cake
  10. Now take whip cream for crumb coating
  11. Cover cake with cream with spatula
  12. Keep in freeze for one an hour
  13. Now take fondant
  14. Add green,pink and black colour in small portions
  15. Roll down the white one
  16. Roll upon rolling pin and cover the cake
  17. Set it on cake carefully
  18. Remove extra part
  19. Now make willing from pink and green colour and make design
  20. Use black also
  21. Make a green baseline and cake is ready.keep in fridge
  22. Our beautiful cake is ready to serve
