Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Vanilla sponge 1 kg
  2. Rasmali 1 kg
  3. Rasmalai milk 300 ml
  4. whipping cream 700 grams
  5. Pista 400 grams
  6. Kesar milk 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. For Rasmalai
  2. 1 and half kg milk let it boil till it became little thicken for Rasmalai milk
  3. On the other hand boil 1 litr milk now squeeze 1 lemon in this milk to make cheena
  4. Transfer this cheena in muslin cloth and wash throughly
  5. Now with the help of ur palm make it soft knead a soft dough with cheena
  6. Make small balls from cheena
  7. Take a big wok add 2 glass of water with 1 glass of sugar to make sugar syrup
  8. Now when it's boiling add all balls and cook for 5 min in high flame
  9. Now squeeze the syrup from balls add into Rasmalai milk now add sugar chopped pista kesar milk to Rasmalai.
  10. Slice the vanilla sponge in horizontal in two parts
  11. Sprinkle Rasmalai milk sandwich together whipped cream with chopped Rasmalai and pista
  12. Cover the top with whipped cream and Pistachios
  13. Garnish with rose petal
  14. Keep in refrigerator for at least 5 hr before cutting
