Flour 100 grams
Butter 80 grams
Sugar 100 grams
Eggs 100 grams
Gel 6 grams
Milk pdr. 10 grams
Baking pdr. 2 grams
Baking soda 1 grams
Orange Essence 2 teaspoon
Orange Juice 10 to 15 mils
Orange Rind as Req.
Ref. oil 10 grams

Instructions

Sieve the flour along with baking pdr. and soda.
Beat the eggs along with butter , sugar and gel till u get thick consistency.
Add essence as well as salt while mixing.
Add flour, orange juice and rind and mix roughly.
Pour the batter into cake moulds and bake at 160 deg. temp. for 30 to 40 minutes.
