Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Basmati rice 1 cup
  2. Jaggery 1/2 cup
  3. Khus khus 3 teaspoon
  4. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for 3 days ,in water ,change water daily
  2. Drain water from rice, dry it by keeping it on cotton cloth for 5 hrs .
  3. Grind rice to a fine powder
  4. Add grated jaggery to the fine powder and make it into a fine dough
  5. Keep the dough in an airtight container for two days
  6. Take out the dough ,roll into pedas and dab on to khus khus and deep fry in medium hot oil.
