Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Gramflour1/2 cup
  2. Semolina1 teaspoon
  3. Water1/4 cup
  4. Sugar1/2 cup
  5. Green cardamom3-4
  6. Pinch of orange food colour

Instructions

  1. Mix gram flour and semolina and make batter with help of water. consistency should be runny not thick.and keep it aside for few minutes.
  2. Add sugar ,water ,colour and cardamom and make syrup of it.make sure that it should not be thick .
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and pour ful laddle batter over the chalni.batter will drop in hot oil and you will find boondi for ladoo.fry it on medium flame.
  4. Grind it in food processor.
  5. Sirve sugar syrup and pour over grind boondi and mix well.
  6. When slightly cools give them shape with wet hands.
