ABOUT CHEETAH BREAD RECIPE

The bread looks eye catching but its little tricky to make. It turned out to be fabulous

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 400 grams
  2. Milk 300 grams
  3. Sugar 30 grams
  4. Dark cocoa powder 4 tablespoon
  5. Light cocoa powder 2 tablespoon
  6. Salt 1 teaspoon
  7. Dry yeast 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except cocoa powder
  2. Now divide dough in three parts 1 part is white now in 2nd part add dark cocoa powder and 3rd part add light cocoa powder
  3. Make 8 balls from each dough
  4. Roll light dough roll dark dough and put on top of dark roll
  5. Roll white dough put dark dough and roll like log
  6. Roll like log
  7. Do like rest of all
  8. Set in greased silicone mould and leave for 30 minutes for prove
  9. After proving preheat oven for 10 minute now bake in 180℃ for 45 minutes
  10. After 4 hrs cool cut in slices and serve
