Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cottage cheese 1/2 cup
  2. Khoya 1/2 cup
  3. All purpose flour (maida)1 teaspoon
  4. Baking soda 1 pinch
  5. Sugar 2 cups
  6. Water 1 cup
  7. Yellow colour a pinch

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl take half cup chhna,half cup khoya ,a teaspoon maida and a pinch of baking soda
  2. Mix all together .Take small portion and make a round ball.
  3. Fry on a medium heat oil in a low flame
  4. When both sides are cooked and had become dark color switch off the flame
  5. Make sugar syrup and add all fried Bhog.Leave it for 10 minutes
  6. it is ready to serve.
