Its a very tasty crispy sweet from Bangladesh.In fact they have a lots of variety of goja.But I made it with a twist...sandesh filling

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. All purpose flour..1cup
  2. Salt
  3. oil
  4. ghee
  5. Baking soda a pinch
  6. Paneer...100 grams
  7. Milkmaid...50 grams
  8. Sugar..1cup
  9. water...1/2cup

Instructions

  1. Make a mixture of 100gm paneer, 50 grams milkmaid
  2. Make a dough of 1 cup plain flour, salt, oil and a pinch of baking soda
  3. Make a roti,put 2 teaspoon paneer mixture in the centre and cut both side horizontally
  4. Fold it to give the shape of leaf
  5. Ready to fry now.
  6. Heat oil and ghee and deep fry it
  7. Fry both side in medium flame
  8. Make a syrup of 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water
  9. Dip the goja in syrup just for a minute
