Ingredients to make Minty Yogurt Sauce
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp tahini/sesame paste
- 2 garlic cloves,
- 1 green chilli
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped mint
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup of water
Steps to make Minty Yogurt Sauce
- Blitz together garlic, mint, coriander and green chillies, in a mixer to a coarse paste. Whisk the coarse paste with the yogurt, tahini, salt and lemon juice.
- Add water and thin it down to your preferred consistency. Serve it along with Taamiya/Tameya/Falafel.
