Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled raw banana 1
  2. Homemade paneer of half liter milk
  3. Chopped corriander leaves 2 teaspoons
  4. Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Roasted peanuts crushed 2 teaspoon
  6. Milk powder 1teaspoon
  7. Grated ginger 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Garam masala 1teaspoon
  10. Maida/ flour 2 teaspoon
  11. Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. In a non stick tawa heat little oil
  3. Take small portion of the mixture like a small ball
  4. Fry them one by one
  5. After them nicely all the sides off your seamer, make little space in the tawa and put a small bowl in middle of the tawa with a piece of burning charcoal .
  6. Give a teaspoon of ghee in the charcoal and cover them for the kabab smell
  7. Leave it for few minutes and then serve them hot.
