Sandesh is a bengali sweet. There are many kinds of sandesh in bangal.this sandesh is tasty and delicious.it is easy to make it.and everyone likes sandesh.no oil no ghee quiet healthy it is.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1/2 litre
  2. Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  3. Coconut powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Powderd sugar 3 tablespoon
  5. Pink colour
  6. Rose essence
  7. Pista for garnish
  8. Silver foil

Instructions

  1. Make chenna by adding vinegar
  2. Strain it
  3. Put under tap for cold water and wash to remove vinegar taste
  4. Transfer in muslin cloth
  5. Hang it for an hour to remove water
  6. When water remove take it on work surface
  7. Add sugar and mash it with palm
  8. Knead it till smooth
  9. Now take one teaspoon chenna in bowl
  10. Add pink colour in chenna
  11. Mix colour in it
  12. If colour is very light add more
  13. Now add rose essence
  14. Take coconut powder in bowl's chenna which we keep aside
  15. Divide chenna into equal parts
  16. Stuff coconut mix in chenna
  17. And in your palm make it round
  18. Add silver foil on sandesh
  19. Garnish with pista
  20. Our rose sandesh is ready
  21. Set for some time in freeze
  22. And serve
  23. Enjoy our Rose Sandesh
