Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Channa dal 1 bowl
  2. Uncooked Rice 3 bowls
  3. Ginger garlic chilli paste 1 teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Pinch of Turmeric powder
  7. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Oil 1 tablespoon
  9. Kaddi patta as per requirement
  10. Cumin and mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  11. Butter milk as per requirement

Instructions

  1. Take uncooked rice and Channa dal. Soak it in a water overnight.
  2. Next day grind the mixture with require butter milk. Put it aside for 3/4 hours.
  3. Now take that batter add garlic ginger chilli paste, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, sugar, chilli powder.
  4. Take a pan. Add oil .add cumin and mustard seeds. Let it crackle. Add Kaddi patta.
  5. Add that batter and make it crunchy both sides.
