  1. Maida. 250 gm
  2. Thick sugar syrup. 5 tbsp
  3. Oil for deep fry
  4. Water. If necessary

Instructions

  1. MAIDA. 250 GM THICK SUGAR SYRUP. 5 TBSP OIL. FOR DEEP FRY.
  2. TAKE MAIDA IN TO A BOWL. ADD THICK SUGAR SYRUP.
  3. MIX SUGAR SYRUP WITH MAIDA.
  4. ADD 2 TBSP HOT GHEE TO MAIDA.
  5. MIX GHEE WITH MAIDA.
  6. MIX IT WELL WITH SUGAR SYRUP AND GHEE.
  7. MAKE A DOUGH.
  8. MAKE SMALL ROTI.
  9. GIVE CUTS WITH THE HELP OF KNIFE.
  10. ASSEMBLE THE CUTS AS SHOWN.
  11. PRESS BOTH SIDES.
  12. PREPARE ALL THE SAMPANGA FLOWERS.
  13. HEAT OIL . ADD SAMPANGA FLOWERS .
  14. FRY ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  15. FRY THEM TILL THEY ARE GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR.
  16. TAKE OUT FROM OIL.
