Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. STARTER
  2. Flour1 cup
  3. Pinch instant yeast 1
  4. Water 1/2 cup
  5. FOR BREAD
  6. Oats flour 1 cup
  7. Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  8. STUFFING:
  9. Stir fried veggies
  10. Cheese
  11. Pizza sauce
  12. Pizza seasoning1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Grind the oats flour. Take the flours and add yeast.
  2. Add salt and olive oil.
  3. Add the starter. To make the starter mix 1 cup flour 1/2 cup water and 1 pinch yeast. Mix well and leave it for 14 hrs( overnight is best
  4. Mix well. Add flour and make a dough.
  5. Add olive oil and knead. Knead for 10 to 12 minutes
  6. Roll the dough and make a ball. Apply oil.
  7. Put it in a box and let it rise till double
  8. Flatten the dough and divide into two
  9. Divide the dough into two parts
  10. Take a spring pan and flatten 1 dough ball on it. Flatten from all sides.
  11. Apply pizza sauce. Add stir fried veggies.
  12. Decorate the veggies and spread cheese.
  13. Add pizza seasoning.
  14. Take the other dough. Flatten it and place over the stuffing
  15. Seal the foccacia from the sides. Poke holes to remove air.
  16. Decorate with sliced tomatoes, olives and basil leaves.
  17. Bake at 220 degrees centigrade for 25 minutes
  18. Cut and serve
