ABOUT Garlic Flower Bread RECIPE

Flower garlic bread is one of the ultimate comfort food​ recipes; it’s buttery and chewy and homemade is always best. Garlic bread made with a stuffing of garlic, herbs, and coriander leaves, butter. It tastes heavenly. It tastes good with a cup of tea, or you can serve with sizzling soup or simply get pleasure from the best way it’s.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. All purpose flour / maida 1 1/2 cups
  2. Milk 1/4 cup
  3. Salt 1 teaspoon
  4. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  5. Yeast 1 tablespoon
  6. Garlic Powder 1 tablespoon
  7. Oregano 2 teaspoon
  8. Butter 4 tablespoon
  9. Milk powder 1 tablespoon
  10. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. To Make Stuffing : Put butter, oregano, garlic powder and coriander leaves in a small bowl, mix until combined and keep in the fridge until ready to use.
  2. To Make the Dough : In a mixing bowl pour milk, yeast, sugar and stir until combined.
  3. Now place all purpose flour, salt, milk powder into the yeast and milk bowl, knead for 4 to 5 minutes to make a soft dough and add soft butter, continue kneading until get smooth sticky dough.
  4. Put the dough into greased bowl, cover with cling wrap and put in a warm place for about an hour, an hour later, the dough will be very soft.
  5. Sprinkle with extra flour and start folding with finger tips, dust work table with flour and flatten the dough with hand and cut into equal pieces
  6. Shape the dough into balls, sprinkle with flour to prevent sticking, put the dough into greased bowl, cover with cling wrap and put in a warm place for about an hour an hour after the dough will be double in size.
  7. Flatten or press the dough with fingers, spread with 1/2 tsp of garlic butter, fold into a half-moon then gather both corners creating a flower petal and repeat the method until finished.
  8. Arrange on a greased and round baking pan, cover with loose cling wrap for 30 minutes and let it rise.
  9. After 30 minutes remove cling paper and  rush with milk on top and bake at 350 fahrenheit preheated oven, for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Here, garlic flower bread is ready to serve, serve with hot soup, or with evening tea or just enjoy the way it is.
