Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Channa dal 1 bowl
  2. Water as per requirement
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chopped onion 1 tablespoon
  5. Chopped chilli 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take Channa dal. Add sufficient water and put it aside for 4 hours.
  2. Now grind it in a mixture.
  3. Now add salt, chopped onion and chilli.mixe it well.
  4. Make a hard batter.
  5. Heat oil and fry that vada.
  6. Press the vadas using bowl after cooling it. And re fry it.And make it crunchy.
  7. Serve with tea or ketchup.
