Ingredients to make Alsi Ke Laddu
- 2 cups flax seeds (roasted and powdered)
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 2 cups fried and crashed goond
- 2 cups powdered sugar/bura
- 1/4-1/4 each crashed almonds, resins, cashew , walnuts.
- 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
- 3/4 cup ghee

My Tip:We also add 1/4cup fried foolmakhana (lotus seeds) for crunchy taste.
