Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purposes flour - 1 cup
  2. A pinch of salt
  3. Sugar - 1 cup
  4. Sliced almonds and pistachios - 2 tablespoons
  5. Dried rose petals for garnished
  6. Lemon juice - 1teaspoon
  7. Rose water - 1teaspoon
  8. Thick curd - 1/2 cup
  9. Warm melted ghee - 1/ 2 cup
  10. Ghee for frying
  11. Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Baking soda - 1/3 teaspoon
  13. Khoya / mawa - 1/ 2 cup

Instructions

  1. ASSEMBLE ALL THE INGREDIENTS AND MAKE A DOUGH TO HRIDOY HORON TO SMALL ROUND BALL . STUFF KHOYA IN THE CENTER AND MAKE AN INDENT IN THE CENTER... HEAT GHEE IN A PAN AND DROP HRIDOY HORON GENTLY IN GHEE AND FRY UNTIL THE GOLDEN COLOUR THEN DROP IN THE WARM SUGAR SYRUP AND SOAK FOR 20 MINUTES .
