  1. Besan. 11/2 cup
  2. Rice flour. 2 tbsp
  3. Ajwain (vamaku)leaves. 15
  4. Crushed 2Green chilli,ginger. 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped garlic. 1 tbsp
  6. Salt. To taste
  7. Oil. For deep fry
  8. Water for mixing

Instructions

  1. VAMAKU(AJWAIN FLAVOURED LEAVES). 15 BESAN. 11/2 CUP RICE FLOUR. 2 TBSP CRUSHED GREENCHILLI,GINGER. 1 TBSP CHOPPED GARLIC. 1 TBSP SALT. TO TASTE CUMIN POWDER. 1/2 TSP
  2. IN A MIXING BOWL ADD BESAN,RICE FLOUR AND CRUSHED GREENCHILLI,GINGER.
  3. ADD CHOPPED GARLIC,CUMIN POWDER,AND SALT.
  4. ADD SHREDDED AJWAIN LEAVES AND MIX IT WELL.
  5. ADD 2 OR 3 TBSP OF WATER AND MIX IT WELL LIKE PAKODI BATTER.
  6. HEAT PAN AND ADD SUFFICIENT OIL FOR DEEP FRY.
  7. IN A HOT OIL ADD SMALL PAKODI BALLS FOR DEEP FRY.
  8. FRY THEM ON MEDIUM FLAME TILL THE BOTH SIDES BECOME GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR.
