Ingredients to make Stuffed keema bun

  • 2 cup of maida
  • 2 and 1/2 tsp of yeast
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp of sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tsp of butter
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • 1 cup of already prepared veggies or keema
  • A dash of salt
  • Few Sesame seeds

How to make Stuffed keema bun

  1. Take a little amount of lukewarm water, add sugar and yeast and leave it for 10-15 mins to activate the yeast.
  2. In another bowl, take maida and the activated yeast mixture and mix well. Now add milk and knead, then add butter and knead once again. Finally add salt in the dough and knead it with the stretching method. Then leave it for 1 hour or till the dough doubles in size.
  3. After 1 hour, again knead the dough with the stretching method and make equally sized round balls from it.
  4. For the filling, take the balls one by one and tap it in palm flat. Then fill in the prepared veggies or keema and cheese, close it's mouth properly and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and leave it for again 15 mins.
  5. After 15 minutes, bake these buns in the preheated oven for 170-180 degrees celsius for 25 mins. After 25 minutes increase the temperature to achieve a crispy outer layer and lovely golden colour.
  6. The stuffed keema buns are ready to be served with green curd chutney and sauce.
