ABOUT Eggless Double Chocolate Muffin RECIPE

Its very tasty and yuumy chocolate muffin.Here it is called double chocolate as it is a cocoa flavoured and chocochip mixed muffins.

Ingredients Serving: 6

All-purpose flour1 1 1/2 cups
Granulated sugar 1 cups
Cocoa powder 2 tablespoons
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Melted butter 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 teaspoon
Vinegar 1 tablespoon
Warm water 1/2 cup
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Chocolate chips 1/2 cup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit or 180 degrees centigrade
In a bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder , baking soda and 1/2cup chocochips.
Take another bowl,add oil, vanilla, vinegar ,condensed milk and warm water.Stir just until moist.
Now make a well in the centre of the flour mixture and pour liquid ingredients into it and mix until well combined.
Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin tins, fill 3/4th portion.
Add remaining 1/2cup chocochip on top of each batter filled cup
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
