Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chicken 1 kg
  2. Oil 75 to 100ml
  3. Spring onions 1/2 cup
  4. 2-3 Onion
  5. Juice of 1 lemon
  6. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  7. A pinch of black salt
  8. Salt as required
  9. Ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
  10. Curd 2 teaspoon
  11. Salt as required
  12. 1 Bell pepper
  13. 5 Green chilies
  14. Tumeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
  15. Garam Masala powder 1 tablespoon
  16. Coriander powder 1 tablespoon
  17. Kashmiri chilli powder 3 tablespoon
  18. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the chicken.
  2. Marinate this chicken with Kashmiri chilli powder, Everest garam masala powder, Tumeric powder, Green chilies, Bell peppers, Salt, Curd, Black salt, Lemon juice, Ginger-garlic paste and 20 ml oil and marinate it for 1 hour.
  3. Add oil in the pan and fry the onions till it turns brown in colour, then add the marinated chicken and sprinkle some water. Continue cooking till the chicken is properly cooked.
  4. Once cooked sprinkle coriander leaves and green onions to garnish and serve hot.
