Ingredients Serving: 28

  1. Banana Small - 6
  2. Sugar - 1 Cup
  3. All Purpose Flour - 1 Cup
  4. Egg - 3
  5. Salt - A Pinch
  6. Refined Oil - 1/2 Cup
  7. Vanilla Essence - 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Baking Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Unsalted Butter - 30 grams
  10. To Make Caramel Sauce
  11. Take a non stick pan, add some butter and a half cup of sugar and melt it thoroughly. Take 3 banana cut into round slices and keep aside.

Instructions

  1. With a spoon press the other three bananas nicely. In a bowl add 3 eggs and beat it thoroughly.
  2. To the egg batter add 1/2 cup powdered sugar and refined oil and beat it again.
  3. Then to this egg, sugar, oil add maida, baking powder, vanilla essence, salt and mix it thoroughly by a spoon.
  4. To this mixture add the smashed banana.
  5. In a baking tray add the caramel sauce.
  6. In the upper part of the caramel, cut the other slices of banana and place it in a horizontal way.
  7. To this pour the cake batter .
  8. Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees to 25 minutes.
  9. Serve this delicious aromatic cake home made fresh and hot with families and friends.
