I give my touch 2 simple custard with mithas of rasgullas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Readymade rasgullas 250 grams
  2. Milk1litre
  3. Chilled milk 1 cup
  4. Custard powder 4 tablespoon
  5. Sugar 1/2 cup
  6. Dry fruit and elaichi dana for garnishing.

Instructions

  1. Boil milk with sugar and simmer it
  2. Mix the custard powder in chilled milk.
  3. Add this into boil milk and stir well
  4. Cook it for 10 minutes on slow gas and stir well
  5. Off the gas and mix rasgullas in it
  6. Garnish with dry fruits and elaichi dana.
  7. Chill it and serve it.
