Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For inner layer
  2. Desiccated coconut 2 cups
  3. Cardamom powder 1teaspoon
  4. Milkmaid 1cup
  5. Mouth freshener 2 tablespoon
  6. FOR COVER
  7. All purpose flour 1 cup
  8. Sugar 3 tablespoon
  9. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon
  11. Milk 50ml.
  12. Melted Butter 1tablespoon
  13. Betal 1 for book mark

Instructions

  1. Roast 2 cups desiccated Coconut for 4 minutes on slow Heat
  2. Add 1 teaspoon cardamom powder and 1 cup milkmaid, Cook till thick
  3. Spread the coconut mix on a greased plate
  4. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes
  5. Into 1 cup flour, add 3 tablespoon Powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1 Tablespoon melted butter
  7. Add 500 ml milk and mix into a smooth batter
  8. Pour 2 tablespoon batter on a greased non-stick pan and spread into a rectangular sheet
  9. Flip and cook, take off heat When done
  10. Cut small pieces out of the Frozen coconut spread
  11. Cut out the cocoa- flour Sheets into halves
  12. Cut out a betel leaf, place As a bookmark and fold the Cocoa-flour sheet over it
  13. Serve
