Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice 1 1/2 cup
  2. Mixed vegetables blanched (pea, carrot, beans,cauliflower)1 cup
  3. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  5. Onion sliced 2
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
  7. Tomato puree 1
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Biryani masala 1 tablespoon
  10. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  11. Oil 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Parboil the rice and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, heat oil and add the onion. Fry till color changes. Add ginger garlic paste and fry well.
  3. Add the tomato puree and mix well. Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Mix and cook till the oil separates.
  4. Add the curd, biryani masala and blanched vegetables. Mix and cook. Add salt.
  5. Add the parboiled rice, layer it and top with ghee. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes
