If u want to eat muffins nd u have nt oven then don't worry ... make these muffins in appa pan become very soft nd spongy. Delicious to eat .

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maida 1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Dahi 1 cup
  3. Refined oil 3/4 cup
  4. Sugar 1 cup
  5. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Baking powder 3/4 teaspoon
  7. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
  8. Tutty fruity for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and blend with blender fr 4-5 minutes
  2. Now heat ur simple twa on gass nd take an appam pan nd put it on twa .
  3. Put one drop of oil in Every mould of appam pan . Gas will be on low flame.
  4. Put one one spoon of mixed batter in every mould.
  5. Don't put over batter bcoz it will be fluffy .
  6. Now spred colourful tutty fruity on every cup batter .
  7. Do not cover it with lid .
  8. It will be ready within 10-13 minutes
  9. Check with toothpick.
