Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For stuffing:
  2. For carrot mixture:
  3. Carrot 2 cups
  4. Milk 1 cup
  5. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  6. Cashews 10
  7. Raisins 10
  8. Cardamom 3 (powdered)
  9. For khova mixture:
  10. Sugar 3/4 cup
  11. Khova 200 grams
  12. Cardamom 3 (powdered)
  13. For Sugar Syrup:
  14. sugar 1 cup
  15. Water 2 cups
  16. For outer covering:
  17. Bread 10 slices
  18. Milk 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Fry 200 grams khoya in 2 tablespoon Ghee, add 1 tbsp cardamom Powder and 3/4 cup sugar
  2. Cook till the mixture Thickens and leaves the sides Of the pan
  3. Fry 2 cups grated carrots in 2 tablespoon ghee
  4. Add 1/2 cup milk when the The carrots turn pale
  5. Boil till the carrots turn Soft, add to the khoya mix
  6. Add 10 each of fried Cashews and raisins
  7. Cook on medium heat till Soft
  8. Cool and make soft balls
  9. Boil 2 cups sugar, 1 cup Water, 3 crushed Cardamoms and few drops of Food colour and take off heat
  10. Take a milk- soaked bread Slice, place a carrot ball in The middle and cover
  11. Seal the edges well, Refrigerate for 15 minutes
  12. Deep fry the rolls
  13. Add the rolls to the warm Sugar syrup and soak for 2-3 Minutes
  14. Place on a plate and serve After 30 minutes
