Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All Purpose Flour 1 1/2 cup
  2. Dry yeast 1/2 tablespoon
  3. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  5. Italian herbs 4 teaspoons
  6. Green chilli 5
  7. Olive oil 2 teaspoons
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Corriender leaves 6 tablespoons
  10. Mint leaves 2 tsp
  11. Garlic 7 fat cloves
  12. Warm water 1 cup
  13. Oil 1 1/2 tablespoon
  14. Unsalted butter 4 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast and sugar in warm water keep aside for 10 minutes. Let it ferment.
  2. When yeast mixture is ready, Mix flour, salt, and oil.
  3. Pour yeast mixture in flour and make a dough. Dough will be sticky.
  4. Knead it for 20 minutes, it will be fine now and elasticity
  5. Cover it with cling film and keep aside for one hour.
  6. After one hour it will be double in size.
  7. Grind corriender, garlic, mint, butter, green chilli. Mix oil, italian herbs and salt in it. Make a chutney paste.
  8. Now devide dough in four equal portions.
  9. Roll out each portion into a thin disc.
  10. Now spread 1/3 of the paste on one disc.
  11. Cover the disc with another disc, repeat this two more times, and spread filling on second and third disc and cover with fourth disc.
  12. Place a round object in center. Cut the disc outside the round object into 32 equal portions.
  13. Take each portion and twist four or five times.
  14. Apply honey and milk mixture for nice brown colour on the top of bread. Spread some seeds in centre of the flower.
  15. Preheat oven at 200 degree centigrade and bake for 25 minutes at 200 degree centigrade.Serve hot or warm with a cup of Indian masala tea.
  16. Apply some butter over the bread. It looks glossy and shiny.
