Specialty of this cake is Paneer ... I used paneer as well as its water instead of egg .... Result is too much spongy and tasty... I made this cake in cooker not any oven ....

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Maida 2 cup
  2. Sugar powder 1 cup
  3. Hot milk 1 cup
  4. Fresh curd 2 tablespoon
  5. Milk powder 4 tablespoon
  6. Refined oil 1/2 cup
  7. Baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Yellow food colour(optional)1 pinch
  10. Cherry(Tutty fruity) 1/2 cup
  11. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  12. Orange fruit essence 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Add lemon juice into hot milk . It become like paneer keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain all dry ingredients two time except food colour.
  3. Now add oil, curd, paneer with water and mix well.
  4. Mix one teaspoon maida into half cherry and half keep aside for garnishing.
  5. Mix food colour into one tspn milk in a separate bowl.
  6. Now add food colour with milk, maida mix cherry, fruit essence add these into cake mixture nd mix well .
  7. Now spread one cup salt into the bottom of cooker nd put a stand on salt then pre heat it for 5 minutes.
  8. Now grease cake tin and sprinkle some maida and pour cake batter . Spread cherry on the top.
  9. Set this cake tin on the stand in cooker and remove the whistle and rubber of the cooker lid.
  10. Bake for 10 minutes on medium flame. Then bake for 25-30 on very low flame.
  11. After 40 minutes check with knife or toothpick....
  12. Let it some cool then flip into plate ....
  13. Soft and Spongy Cake without any oven is ready to eat..
