Here this is a special recipe of Naan khatai which is hollow from inside, mouth melting really very tasty, i was very happy after baking this I hope you will also love this Naan khatai.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Wet Ingredients
  2. Ghee 200 grams
  3. Castor Sugar 200 grams
  4. Dry ingredients
  5. All Purpose Flour 60 grams
  6. Whole Wheat Flour 60 grams
  7. Semolina 40 grams
  8. Chickpea Flour 30 grams
  9. Baking Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Pinch of salt
  12. Cardamom Powder (Optional)1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl beat ghee and caster sugar until light and fluffy and pale in colour.
  2. In a another bowl mix all the dry ingredients together.
  3. Now mix the wet and dry ingredients together and form a dough.
  4. Refrigerator the dough for 20 minutes.
  5. Roll the dough into ball-like shapes and place them on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for around 15 - 17 minutes.
  7. Delicious Nankhatai is ready to enjoy with Tea or Coffee!
