Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Refine flour 100 grams
  2. 50 gm powder sugar
  3. Butter 50 grams
  4. One tablespoon curd
  5. Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. A pinch of baking soda
  7. Fresh pineapple 1 cup
  8. Sugar 1/2 cup
  9. Venilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Pineapple essence 1/2 teaspoon
  11. whipped cream 100 grams
  12. Cherry

Instructions

  1. Seive maida baking powder and baking soda
  2. Take butter and powder sugar in abowl beat till became light
  3. Add dry ingredients and vennila essence
  4. Lastly add curd and mix with cut and fold method
  5. Pour it in cup mould and bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minute
  6. Now take pineapple pieces add sugar and half cup water cook for ten minutes
  7. Take cream and whip it
  8. Till become thick
  9. Take a small scooper
  10. Scoop the cup cake
  11. First fill some cooked pineapple in it
  12. Then fill some whipped cream
  13. Cover it
  14. Put some whipped cream on top of cup cake
  15. Put a pineapple piece and cherry on top
  16. Put in fridge for one hour ...enjoy
