Moroccan Mint Tea
- 1 liter boiling water
- 1 tbsp green tea
- 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves
- Sugar as per taste
- Take a teapot/kettle and pour in 250 ml of hot water along with the green tea. Then strain the water and reserve the tea leaves within the pot.
- Next, pour in the remaining boiling water into the pot and let this simmer for 2 minutes. Then add in sugar as per taste along with the mint leaves and let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in glasses and serve it hot!
