Inspired by Diwali here is my new invention... Combination of yge most favorite snack with the most favorite indian sweet.. hope u enjoy making it

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Popcorn 4 cups
  2. White chocolate 100 grams
  3. Saffron a pinch
  4. Butter 1 teaspoon
  5. Chopped pistachio 2 tablespoon
  6. Chopped almonds 1 tablespoon
  7. Milk masala powder 1 teaspoon
  8. Yellow candy colors

Instructions

  1. Measure 4 cups popped popcorn
  2. Melt the butter in a small bowl and add saffron
  3. Let the saffron infuse into the hot butter
  4. In a glass bowl melt 100 grams white chocolate
  5. You can use microwave of double boiler
  6. Add 1 teaspoon masala milk powder to the melted chocolate
  7. You can add yellow candy or gel colour
  8. Add the infused saffron
  9. Mix the chocolate mixture with the popcorn
  10. Gently fold in the chocolate
  11. Spread on a tray and wait five minutes for chocolate to set
