Ingredients to make Rice cutlet

  • Left over rice 1 big bowl
  • Medium size boiled potatoes 3
  • Bread slices broken into small pieces 6-7
  • Green chilies 8-10
  • garlic cloves 10-12
  • Medium bowl coriander leaves 1
  • curry leaves 10-12
  • Dry mango powder 1 tablespoon
  • Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 /2 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Rice cutlet

  1. Make a paste of coriander leaves,curry leaves, garlic cloves and green chilies. Do not add much water to it..Just enough to make a thick paste.
  2. Take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl. Add the paste, salt to taste and dry spices and mix it well.. The mixture should start to come together.
  3. Now take small portion of the mixture, make it flat by pressing in between the palm...now fry it till it turns golden brown and crisply on medium heat
