ABOUT Pan fried eggs RECIPE

Pan fry requires less oil and food is cooked slowly and with less smoke point of oil. We get a crunchy and roasted effect in pan fry method.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Eggs-5( hard boiled in salt water)
  2. Salt- to taste
  3. Chilli powder/ pepper- as per our taste.
  4. Oil- 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. In a pan, add oil and let it be hot.
  2. Peel the shells of hard boiled eggs and slice into half.
  3. Apply salt and chilli powder/ pepper to the sliced eggs
  4. In a fry pan, add oil and let it be hot.
  5. Slowly arrange the egg halves into the pan and dont disturb for 5 minutes
  6. After 5 min, sprinkle little salt and chilli powder and turn them with yolk sides facing up.
  7. Fry for 5 minutes and transfer into serving plate.
