Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Curd 500 grams
  2. Besan(chickpea flour)5 tablespoon
  3. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  7. Kasturi methi 1 teaspoon
  8. Ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  9. Boiled mashed potatoes 4-5
  10. Acharia chilli 6
  11. Chilli pickle masala 2 teaspoon
  12. Handful of spinach (chopped)
  13. Methi seeds 1 teaspoon
  14. Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
  15. Hing 2 pinch

Instructions

  1. Arrange all ingredients.
  2. Take curd in a deep bowl. Add turmeric,chilli,coriander,jeera powder in it.
  3. Whisk well. Add besan in it.
  4. Blend properly with a blender.add water and blend again.
  5. Add more water if required.the mixture should be of thin pourable consistency. Keep this aside.
  6. Now take achari mirch. Wash and dry them. Slit in the middle.
  7. Take mashed potatoes. Add achari mirch masala. mix it properly.
  8. Stuff this mixture in silted mirch.
  9. Now in a besan mixture add Kasturi methi and ginger garlic paste.
  10. Take a wok.Add little oil, zeera,pinch of hing and add besan mixture in it. Add water if required .Cook it on slow flame till it thickens.
  11. Now in another wok or pan add little oil and sauté the spinach till it done.
  12. Take out spinach in a bowl and in the same wok add oil. Add jeera,methi seeds,coriander seeds. when it changes its colour add stuff chillies.
  13. Now cover it and cook till it’s done. flip the chillies in between.
  14. Its time for the plating. add the cook spinach in kadhi. Take a plate pour kadhi and put stuff chillies on it.
  15. Serve hot with chapatis,rice or paratha.
