ABOUT Khajuri RECIPE

One type of cooking but little different for tastes please try this simple recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose floure 4 cup
  2. Powder sugar 2 cup
  3. Ghee 1/2cup
  4. Samolina 1/2cup
  5. VanillaEssence 3 drops
  6. Oil for frying
  7. Water 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt powder sugar vanilla essence and semolina.
  2. Add ghee and rub into it.
  3. knead into a stiff dough with the water Keep aside covered for 15 minutes or so. 
  4. Break into small pieces and roll into rounds. Hold a round in your hand and close your fist, thus forming a slightly grooved shape. 
  5. Deep fry over medium heat and serve hot or cool and store in an airtight container.
  6. Khajuri is ready to serve
