Ingredients to make Tender coconut pudding

  • Tender coconut -2 (preferred with thin layer of cream inside and more of water)
  • Agar agar- 1
  • Sugar as per taste
  • Milkmaid- 1 bowl
  • Thick coconut milk -1 bowl

How to make Tender coconut pudding

  1. Take a vessel, add the tender coconut and crush the agar agar properly. Soak the agar agar in tender coconut till it's completely transparent.
  2. Take a wok, add the above ingredients and keep stirring for around 10 minutes. Add sugar as per taste and do not over cook as it will become too hard. Once it is cooked, pour in a mould or a plate. Before pouring, make sure to grease a plate or mould. Keep it aside for cooling, once its cool keep it in the fridge to chill.
  3. Serve alongside milkmaid or coconut milk mixed with milkmaid.
My Tip: Do not overcook this or it will become stone hard.

hi please tell me that do you mix coconut milk and milkmaid in the pudding also or just to serve with it
