ABOUT Saffroni Murg Kabab with Zingy Salad RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken boneless cubes 500gm
  2. A pinch of saffron (soaked in lukewarm water)
  3. Thick yogurt 2 tablespoon
  4. Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  5. 1 lemon juice
  6. Lemon zest
  7. Olive oil
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Black pepper powder to taste
  10. 1pc Onion chopped
  11. Chopped cherry tomatoes
  12. Cucumber chopper
  13. Carrot chopped
  14. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with Saffron, yogurt, garlic paste, lemon juice, lemon zest, olive oil, salt & black pepper powder.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
  3. Heat a pan add some oil and stire fry the chicken pieces.
  4. To make Zingy Salad take all the chopped ingredients in a bowl and add lemon juice, salt, oil & black pepper powder and mix them well and serve hot.
