ABOUT BUTTER SUPREME COOKIES RECIPE

Its melt in mouth cookies. Perfect for anytime munching.

Ingredients Serving: 3

Maida....500 grams
Marvo fat/ butter.....150 grams
Oil...150 grams
Castor sugar...250 grams
Milk...125 ml
Chilled butter..150 grams
Milk powder....40 grams
Baking powder... 5 grams

Instructions

Take a bowl.Put marvo fat, butter and castor sugar. Mix till creamy texture comes.
Now add milk powder and baking powder. Mix. Add oil and mix.
Add maida . Now add milk slowly small quantity at a time. Make dough. If want to add essence add at this point of time.
Take a piping bag. Put rose nozzle. Put mixture in it.
Take a greased tray. Pipe cookies on it.
Preheat oven at 180 degree centigrade
Bake for 20 minutes.
Melting cookies are ready.
