Wonderful way to eat mutton,combined with onion,egg and spices.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Minced meat - 500 grams
  2. Finely chopped big onion -2
  3. Egg-1
  4. Finely chopped green chillies -2
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  6. Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Chilli powder and pepper powder -each 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  9. Cumin and fennel powder - each 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Cashew powder - 1 tablespoon
  11. Chopped coriander and mint leaves - each 2 tablespoon
  12. Olive oil or butter - 1 -2 tablespoon for brushing
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse mutton keema and drain it.
  2. Chop onion and squeeze the water from it. In a blender add mutton keema,onion,egg,all spices,chopped coriander and mint leaves, and salt to taste.
  3. Blend it coarsely and keep the kebab mix in fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Preheat the airfrier 180 degree for 2 minutes
  5. Take a big lemon size kebab mix and roll in kebab stick and arrange in the frier stand.
  6. Air fry for 10 minutes and brush with butter or olive oil.
  7. Again turn and air fry for 10 minutes. In the below tray you can spread capsicums and onion chunks.
  8. When it is warm remove the kebab from stick. Repeat this process to make 12-16 kebab. Delicious mutton sheekh kebab is ready to serve.
  9. Serve with airfried veggies, mint chutney or garlic sauce.
