Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. For Dough
  2. Flour 2 cup
  3. Sooji 2 tablespoon
  4. Ajwain 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Oil 2 tablespoon
  7. Water to knead
  8. For Stuffing
  9. Potato 2(boiled, grated)
  10. Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Chilli powder 1/4 teaspoon
  12. Dry mango powder 1 teaspoon
  13. Cumin powder 1/4 teaspoon
  14. Coriander seeds crushed 1/2 teaspoon
  15. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  17. Salt to taste
  18. Other ingredients for making paste
  19. Flour 2 tablespoon
  20. Water 1/4 cup
  21. Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  1. Preparing the dough by mixing all the ingredients listed in for dough.
  2. Cover with moist cloth and rest for 20 minutes
  3. Meanwhile prepare the stuffing by mixing all the ingredients for stuffing.
  4. Dust the dough with flour and roll the dough with the rolling pin.
  5. Now spread prepared aloo stuffing uniformly.
  6. Roll tight making sure the stuffing is intact.
  7. Cut the roll to half inch slice and flatten slightly.
  8. Mix all the the ingredients of making paste.
  9. Dip the samosa into flour paste and coat both sides.
  10. Deep fry pinwheel samosa into hot oil.
  11. Keep the flame on low to medium and stir occasionally.
  12. Finally serve pinwheel samosa.
