ABOUT MASALA MINI UTTAPAM RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oil 3 teaspoon
  2. Medium sized boiled diced cut potato 2
  3. Onion julienne 3
  4. Dosa batter 5 cups
  5. Green chillies chopped 2 tablespoon
  6. Cumin seeds 2 teaspoon
  7. Mustard seeds 2 teaspoon
  8. Urad dal 2 teaspoon
  9. Curry leaves 2 sprigs
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Gun powder 2 teaspoon (podi powder)
  12. Sambhar masala 2 teaspoon
  13. Coriander chopped 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. First in pan take oil.Add mustard, cumin,and urad dal,
  2. Saute few seconds,and add curry leaves.then add onion,with green chillies,saute for few minutes
  3. Add diced cut potato,with all dry masala powder.mixed well,cooked for few minutes.
  4. Lastly garnish with coriander.
  5. Now in a non stick pan spread dosa batter,and add 2 teaspoon onion potato sabji.
  6. Roast from both side with the little oil.Serve hot with gun powder,and top up with some butter.
