Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Baby corn 8 to 10
  2. Curd 1/4 cup
  3. Garlic clove 2 grated
  4. Cornflour 1 tablespoon
  5. Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Ajwain 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Steam the baby corns for 3 to 4 minutes until cooked but firm.
  2. Make a marinade of curd, chilli powder, corn flour, turmeric powder, garam masala, ajwain, grated garlic and salt. Mix well and make a paste.
  3. Marinate the baby corns in the yogurt mixture for atleast 20 minutes.
  4. Take a frying pan and add 1 tablespoon oil and fry the baby corns until it is well cooked.
  5. Remove from pan and insert skewers and serve with any dip of your choice.
